Description about creating and texturing in a few steps :
Downloading screenshot at this site : http://www.wheeloftime.com/ and printing the same on HP DeskJet 1120C for easier orientation. Way ? Because I like scene as are these, and my decision has bin that I must made something the same, but on my way.

Opening Corel Draw and creating a vector value for the first two textures because I need that to be in the same size, and for easier orientation latter in Corel Photopaint. I saved these two vectors in two different files for easier import in to Photopaint.

Opening Corel Photopaint and importing cdr. files; the first cdr. file for first texture and the second cdr. file for the second texture.

I used every single tool in Photopaint for final result (mask wand, effects, paths, etc); Plug-ins KPT 3.0 and Eye Candy 3.0., the final result is here. For each of these two textures I was spend approximately per 9 hours. Nothing here is not scanned, all of pieces I designed from scratch.

Now the time is for modeling in 3D Studio MAX because I need a geometry structure of ceiling for creating texture of the same.
I started on this way :
Viewport Background-Match Bitmap-Lock Zoom/Pan
Create-Shapes-Line
Modify-SubObject-Vertex (here is example)
After all, this is complete scene. I think that can be so long story if I going to explain all from this scene, but for single explanation, here I used Boolean operand, Extrude, FFD 4x4x4, Nonlinear scaling, Edit Mesh, etc.
The next part is preparing texture for the ceiling. My choice for this time was Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Because I know how is tricky an oval and irregular objects in 3D for applying a texture coordinates, the first step is preparing for grid width a numbers in the fields of the grid, and for that helper I used Illustrator.

I opened Photoshop and placed this grid to be a layer on the image witch is size 1200x1200 pixels for further processing. The first step after that was "file save as" jpeg bitmap 510x510 pixels.
Now I must go again to 3D Studio MAX to apply this jpeg image on the ceiling to see where is exactly every each of fields of the grid. When was finally be finished I used non-uniform scale modifier on the ceiling to make it straiten for rendering from the top viewport. The result is here :
This rendered image I placed and used in Photoshop for more control and easier creating. When I started width a creating, from time to time I checked in 3D Max how looking this aplayed texture. I used many filters from Photoshop and the same Plug-ins as in Photopaint, and final result is here :

The rest of textures witch are designed width Photopaint and Photoshop has bin much easier for creating, because these textures are designed for a plain objects or polygons. I used many of paths in both of these programs, filters and plug-ins, etc. Only for one texture from Photoshop I used image from down there for mask wand...
If I written here some words more, this description would be a tutorial, and because of that here is the end.
